Behold, O Muse, the Südbrücke—that magnificent bridge spanning the sacred river Rhine like the rainbow bridge that connects heaven and earth. It proved to be an ideal location for my image-making endeavors, a vantage point from which to behold the world below. When December's chill had descended in the year two thousand and seventeen, I captured this stunning image from the bridge's southern side, providing a unique perspective of the beautiful city of Cologne in Germany.
